Physical fitness test

Cadets are subject to physical fitness tests 3 times a year and is conducted each time in the 1st and 2nd semester respectively and once during the summer military training period. Through the physical fitness tests, cadets are trained to foster the basic physical fitness required in cadet life and have to achieve superior physical fitness necessary for executing the duties after being commissioned as a military officer. Physical fitness test involves 3km running, push-ups and sit-ups and the final objective is to satisfy the physical fitness above minimum standard. Differentiated standard applies per year and upon graduation, cadets would ultimately achieve superior physical fitness.
